From isolated communities to fly-in job sites, we’ve handled the work others can’t — or won’t.

Over the years, we recognized a growing need beyond cleanup. Remote communities often struggle to access equipment, parts, and supplies. That’s where our hot shot service comes in. Barren comes from the historic northern lands often referred to as the barrens — inspired by the book" Lost in the Barrens" by Farley Mowat, a story that sparked a lifelong connection to the North. Years later, we’re no longer reading about the barrens — we’re working in them.
